Today is the whole day tour of Angkor Classic Tour. Get up in early morning, ride Tuk-Tuk to visit sunrise in front of Angkor Wat temple and then come back to hotel for breakfast.
When you have done your breakfast, we will continue with our vehicle to visit South Gate of Angkor Thom and then exploring the mysterious story of Royal City Angkor Thom. Bayon, its 50-tower temple is an awesome sight. At first glance, you may think that is is just a large block of stone but if you keep looking at it, you will see the smiling faces reveal the root of pure Cambodian people.
Further, visit to the surroundings of the complex including the Baphuon, Terrace of the Elephants, Terrace of the Leper King and Royal Enclosure area. Lunch at local restaurant is on your own account.
In the afternoon, we will continue to visit the picturesque Ta Prohm that had nearly disappeared into the jungle and remains overgrown. The spectacular roots of a tree, pushing between the huge stone blocks of the temple in a sort of embrace, evoke feelings that you may remember forever.
In late afternoon, you will visit Angkor Wat, the biggest Hindu temple in the world. It was listed as UNESCO World Heritage and one of world’s wonders. You will enjoy a huge experience with its magnificent gallery, carving, style and history.
This evening, you will enjoy dinner with Apsara Dance Show and overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.
After breakfast, transfer to Kampong Phluk Village. Kampong Phluk is a permanent floating village on the Tonle Sap Lake. You will take a boat trip to local floating villages with authentic and diverse lifestyle. Admire the simple, yet fascinating lifestyle and interact with your host to learn more about living on the water. The experience is wonderful as we pass by floating village, stilt houses, flooded forest, and fishermen at work.
Then, come back to visit Artisans D’Angkor and Old Market before transferring to the airport to catch your flight departure back home.
