Angkor Wat 5 Day Itinerary (5D-4N) is a 5 day 4 night tour itinerary in Siem Reap, Angkor. You will have enough time to discover everything in Siem Reap, Angkor with both cultural and natural styles. You will visit Angkor Wat, Angkor temples, the further attraction such as Kulen Mountain, Beng Mealea and floating villages on Tonle Sap Lake.
Upon arrival, clearing with immigration police at the airport and then meet our tour guide and driver to transfer to hotel for check in. The rest of time, free your own leisure at the hotel and stay overnight in Siem Reap.

This morning of your day 2 of your Angkor Wat 5 Day Itinerary, we visit the ancient Khmer civilization site of Hariharalaya which thrived in the late 9th and earlier 10th centuries. These are the earliest temples in the Angkor area and are referred to the Roluos group (Lo Lei, Preah Ko, and Bakong temple).
After that, we will continue our visit to the most beautiful temple, Banteay Srei built in the 10th Century and was dedicated to Shiva. The temple was the birthplace of Khmer classical style architecture and the bas-relief work is the best example of Khmer classical art remaining. The pink sandstone structure express a series of stunning and beautiful sculptures, pediments, lintels and friezes.
On the way back, we stop to visit some activities of local people life such as making palm sugar, souvenirs made from palm trees and others activities. After that, we continue to visit Banteay Samre temple decorated with beautiful reliefs depicting scenes of Vishnu as well as Krishna legend which is incarnation of Vishnu. It is the same style to Angkor Wat.
Then, transfer back to hotel for overnight.

Get up in early morning for your 3rd day of Angkor Wat 5 Day Itinerary, ride Tuk-Tuk to visit sunrise in front of Angkor Wat temple and then come back to hotel for breakfast. We will continue our visit to South Gate of Angkor Thom after breakfast and then exploring the secret hidden story of Angkor Thom. Bayon, its 50-tower temple is an awesome sight. At first glance, you may feel that it is just a mass of stone. But if you keep looking at it you will see the smiling faces shine their beauty of pure Cambodian face dignity.
Further, visit to the surroundings of the complex including the Baphuon, Terrace of the Elephants, Terrace of the Leper King, and Royal Enclosure area. Lunch at local restaurant on your own account.
In the afternoon, you will continue your visit to the picturesque, Ta Prohm that had nearly disappeared into the jungle and remains overgrown, an oddly haunting and exotic scene. The huge marvelous roots of a tree overwhelmed the large stone block making the breathtaking landmark.
In late afternoon, you will visit the biggest and most important temple in Cambodia, Angkor Wat. It was listed as UNESCO World Heritage and one of wonders in the world. You will enjoy its fantastic aspects with many galleries and related legends.
In the evening, you will enjoy dinner with Apsara Dance Show and overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.
Heading out of the town, we drive on a newly paved road to Kulen Mountain. Visit Thousand Lingas, Waterfall, and Reclining Buddha.
In the afternoon, we continue to ruin temples of Beng Mealea which is a temple located 60 km, east of the main group of temples at Angkor Wat and was built in the early 12th century during the reign of King Suryavarman II. Its main material is sandstone and it is surrounded by moats. The main layout is three enclosing galleries around the central sanctuary. There is large-scale carving of scenes from Hindu mythology, including the Churning of the Sea of Milk and Vishnu being borne by the bird god Garuda. Its Causeways consist of long balustrades formed by the bodies of seven-headed Naga serpent. Smaller than Angkor Wat in size, the king’s main monument, Beng Mealea nevertheless ranks among the Khmer empire’s larger temples. In the evening, we transfer back to hotel in town for overnight at hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to Kampong Phluk Village. Kampong Phluk is a permanent floating village on the Tonle Sap Lake. You will take a local boat ride to visit the local floating community with authentic and diverse lifestyle. Admire the simple, yet fascinating lifestyle and interact with your host to learn more about living on the water. The experience is wonderful as we pass by floating village, stilt houses, flooded forest, and fishermen at work.
Then, come back to visit Artisans D’Angkor and Old Market before transferring to airport to catch your departure flight back home. That is the end of your Angkor Wat Tours.
